The Staff at D & L Support are extremely motivated and well trained. Staff provide professional support with a homely, relaxed and friendly approach. D & L Support staff are all experienced and strive to continue their already comprehensive knowledge. All staff have completed or are due to complete an NVQ3 in Social Care.

Prior to a Placement being made, a thorough assessment will be completed with information from the service user, their family and/or friends playing an essential part of this. We assess physical needs, mobility, mental capacity and cognitive ability, personal care needs and the level of support which will be required in communication. This assessment enables us to continue to provide excellent care.
